Caldeirada
Caldeirada is all about the sea. Just thinking about it and you can hear the seaguls following the trawler back to land. In France there is Boullabalisse. But Caldeirada is better for a good reason: it’s simplicity and focus on the fish.
This version shown on this video is in Nazaré. Made for by the fisherman that went and got the fish, right there on the warehouse where they keep the nets and other fishing gear.
